Thermostat Not Working Troubleshooting Guide
***Before proceeding with the below troubleshooting steps it is assumed that the HVAC Controller Gateway is installed, plugged in, and working as expected. If you see the Anacove logo on the thermostat then it generally means that the issue is actually with the HVAC Controller Gateway so you will need to troubleshoot that device first***

Take the thermostat off of the wall mount and check to see that the AA batteries are installed and inserted in the correct manor. If there are no batteries then put new batteries in the the thermostat |
It is possible that the batteries have low power and need to be replaced with new batteries |

If the thermostat is not in the room or can't be located, then a new thermostat will need to be digitally installed through the Anacove Installer application on your smartphone |

If the thermostat is in the room but appears to be physically damaged (screen not displaying correctly or case broken), then a new thermostat should be digitally installed through the Anacove Installer application on your smartphone |
