Anacove Toilet Leak Sensor Installation Manual
***Before you can install a Toilet Leak Sensor, there must be an HVAC Controller Gateway installed, working, and online in the HVAC unit of the room***

Confirm that the toilet tank is compatible to have the Toilet Leak Sensor installed in it |
Review reference table below for compatibility |

Identify the location of the HVAC unit in the room |

Remove the front cover of the HVAC unit |

Hold the Toilet Leak Sensor within 6" of the fully installed HVAC Controller Gateway and press once on the bottom side of the sensor that has the QR code on it |
After you press the sensor you should see a green solid light turn on inside it |

Wait for the green light inside of the Toilet Leak Sensor to begin flashing |

Put the front cover back on the HVAC unit |

Remove the lid of the toilet tank, and place the Toilet Leak Sensor into an appropriate position at the bottom of the tank |
The sensor must be placed into the tank and not dropped. The Anacove logo side of the sensor must be facing upwards when settled at the bottom of the tank. In general the sensor should be placed as far from the flap as possible. See the below reference table for where to place the sensor in the tank |

Place the tank lid back onto the toilet tank |
