Islandaire EZxxxxGSxxxxxxx PTAC Configuration Guide

***If the unit has a rotary/mechanical dial for the temperature control it is not compatible to have a remote thermostat installed. Anacove’s Screw Terminal Wiring Harness (AN40400) is connected to the Islandaire remote thermostat pigtail by connecting the wires with wire nuts***

	Step	Image
1	Turn PTAC off on user controls
2	Press and hold the MODE and WARM buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds	A buzzer will chime
3	The display should read "r"	If the display reads "P" then repeat step 2 until it reads "r"

***Unused Anacove Wiring Harness wires should be removed from the Wiring Harness. Cut the wire off approximately 1/2" from the HVAC Controller end of the harness***
