GE AZE, AZH, & AZV Series Remote Thermostat Enable:
***If after pressing the red Aux Set button the user interface begins to flash it means that the display controls have been locked out. In order to correct this, hold down the Display button for 10 seconds***

Turn the unit off at the control panel. The unit needs power but the On/Off button should be off |

Lift the front cover off and press the red Aux Set button |
|
|
3 |
Press the + or - buttons until the LED display reads "A6" |
|
|
4 |
Press the FAN button |
|
|
5 |
Press the + or - buttons until the LED display reads "On" |
|
|
6 |
Press FAN or MODE buttons to lock in selection |
|
|
7 |
The backlit display should read "Use Wall Thermostat" to confirm the sequence was completed successfully |
