Remove the Thermostat Display from the wall

Steps to remove:

1. Place your fingers at the top of the Thermostat Display where it meets the wall

2. Pull outward at the top

Remove the batteries and then reinstall them

Lay the Thermostat Display down on a flat surface with the display side facing up

Confirm the Anacove logo is displayed on the screen

Wait for "OFF", "COOL", "HEAT", or "FAN" to be displayed on the screen

Mount the Thermostat Display to the wall mount

Start with the lower fingers of the wall mount being inserted.

Then while pressing the bottom to hold the unit in place roll the pressure to the top with your other hand, and the unit will click into place.

If the unit is installed roughly the batteries might be dislodged and the Anacove logo will be displayed and never show the room temperature. If this happens the unit needs to be removed form the wall and the batteries checked again

Press the power button a few times so that the unit can be seen to switch from OFF to ON

Press the FAN button and confirm the fan turns on at the PTAC

If the room is unrented, turn the Thermostat Display off

If the room rented, leave the Thermostat Display on

If you happen to leave the Thermostat Display on in a room that is unrented, it will automatically turn off after 30 minutes
